Mailbox (Email) print connector periodically downloads emails from mailbox and sends them to the print queue of users identified based on email address. Emails with attachments are stored as a separate documents in print jobs.
After downloading the emails from mailbox they are deleted!
Guest printing allows printing to guests with new email addresses. If OptimiDoc does not recognizes the email address in active list of users than automatically creates new account with predefined parameters and send back PIN for user authentication. Such user can login to device and realize operations based on predefined rights.
